I am proud to offer a weekly beginner's Tai Chi Class. I am humbled by my teacher, Lucas Geller, who has granted the privilege of teaching Chinese martial arts, beginning with Yang style Tai Chi. If you are interested in trying Introduction to Tai Chi, please feel free to visit a class to see if this mind-body exercise is right for you, or you may always contact me with questions prior to visiting/ trying a class. If you are already participating in one of these classes and would like to practice at home, please refer to this Tai Chi 10 Form video. This video will offer a beautiful demonstration of the Yang 10 Form while also naming each individual move to assist you as you practice these movement patterns. I hope this helps you all. Tai Chi is an internal Chinese Martial art that, as a slower moving martial art, emphasizes internal focus, balance, and strength. Anyone from any fitness level can begin practicing the art of Tai Chi as each class is devoted to welcoming all levels of Tai Chi practice.
