This page offers a list with detailed explanation of each Personal Training Package I offer from introductory to advanced packages, group packages, and a distance package for those living outside of the local area. Selecting the correct training package can be daunting, but hopefully during our consultation it will all make sense. My consultations are free; I wouldn't buy a car without a test drive, so why would I expect someone to invest their time and money in me without a free meeting? During our consultation I will help you decide if the available personal training packages are appropriate for your fitness goals, and which one(s) would work best for you. This gives you the opportunity to decide whether personal training is the right option for you, and, if so, what training package you'd like to start with. Fresh ‘n’ ready:
- New to the gym and feeling a bit overwhelmed? This training package is tailored to any person who is new to the gym environment and not sure where to start. This package offers a basic fitness program designed to familiarize a person with the gym atmosphere, and to begin on the right foot with their fitness goals. It also offers enough time for the trainer to observe and correct poor posture and movement patterns. A great opportunity for any fitness newcomer.
- Package includes one on one personally assisted training, training plan spreadsheet with regular updates, health and wellness education, monthly body composition assessments, regular motivational assistance, weekly article emailing, charting (when desired), and recommended fitness apps (when desired).
- Price: 10 session package for $350.00.
First Step:
- New to the gym, but uncomfortable with a trainer beside you? Some people feel uncomfortable with a trainer following them around. This package offers a quick look at a person’s fitness goals, and helps them begin on the right foot with their own fitness program. Meeting once or twice a week offers independence for a new member to experiment with different fitness equipment with a structured program to stay on track.

- Price: 4 session package for $180.00.
Intermediate Personal Training Packages:
Program Tune-up:
- Already a fitness regular, but need a little change? For the client who is already following a program, or has a solid routine, and wants to spice it up, this is the package. Offering a quick examination of current fitness activities and goals, this package aims to ensure the fitness plan is on track with current goals, and that basic movements are properly, and safely, executed.
- Package includes training plan spreadsheet with regular updates, health and wellness education, regular motivational assistance, weekly article emailing, and recommended fitness apps (when desired).
- Price: 4 session package for $180.00.
Crusin’ for Losin’:
- Is your goal weight loss? If you have the desire, this plan will inspire the weight loss you’re looking for. As the biggest package offered, it is also the most inclusive. Created for the gung-ho person offering 3x weekly sessions, a fitness plan, daily home routines, nutritional guidance, updated weekly information on health and wellness, daily accountability check-ins, and more!
- Package includes one on one personally assisted training, training plan spreadsheet with regular updates, health and wellness education, monthly body composition assessments, regular motivational assistance, weekly article emailing, charting (when desired), and recommended fitness apps (when desired).
- Price: 24 session package for $720.00.
Function for Freedom:
- Are you finding daily activities are becoming more difficult? This package is tailored to assist any individual struggling with basic daily functions; to leave the gym prepared to comfortably perform home and work tasks with ease (i.e. reaching for the floor, walking up and down stairs). We’ll use exercises to ensure improved strength, flexibility, and endurance for more comfort in our daily lives.

- Price: 8 session package for $280.00.
Advanced Personal Training Packages:
Endurance Enthusiast:
- Are you an endurance athlete looking to improve peak performance? This program takes a detailed examination of current movement patterns, nutrition, and training habits (number of weekly sessions, time per session, rest, etc.). For an athlete, education is key, and, with this package, an education they will receive. As we discuss any and all changes, we’ll use data to specifically identify why changes will improve their performance.

- Price: 6 session package for $270.00.
Size is the Prize:
- Feeling thin? Many bodybuilders and power lifters have the never ending desire to build mass and improve muscle power. This package aims to assist with proper movement (and timing) with each lift, rest time, program design, proper rest patterns, nutrition (and when to have nutrition); all while receiving education as to why these changes lead to improvements.
- Package includes one on one personally assisted training, training plan spreadsheet, health and wellness education, regular motivational assistance, weekly article emailing, and recommended fitness apps (when desired).
- Price: 6 session package for $270.00.
Group Training Package(s):
Group Sessions:
- Do you feel uncomfortable at the gym? Maybe you could use some company, and save some money at the same time. Group rates are based on the number of people in a group (2 or 3). Together we’ll work to motivate one another. Based on the people involved, it could be a friendly group, a competitive group, or somewhere in the middle.

- Price (2 people): 8 session package for $200.00/ person.
